Sinozam Friendship Hospital
Located in Kitwe, Zambia, Sinozam Friendship Hospital, funded by CNMC's African subsidiary, is the only hospital in Africa independently operated by the Chinese. It has become one of Zambia's most advanced hospitals with the best medical technologies, safeguarding the health of the Zambian people.

"Small yet Smart" Livelihood Programs
In its global operations, CNMC places high importance on respecting and preserving local cultural traditions and heritage. The Group actively participates in cultural exchanges, humanitarian efforts, charitable programs, and volunteer services. Education
Sino-Zam Vocational College of Science and Technology
In 2019, CNMC initiated the establishment of the Sino-Zam Vocational College of Science and Technology in line with the eight major initiatives for China-Africa cooperation announced by Chinese President Xi Jinping. As the first higher vocational institution independently established abroad by the Chinese that offers degree programs, the college is dedicated to training urgently needed technical professionals for Zambia's mining industry.
